Sage Villas - Ivins

The Challenge

Sage Villas is a 51 unit townhome project located in Ivins, Utah. This project started in 2020 and we have completed 23 units to date.

We anticipate completing Phase 1 of this project by the end of 2023 which includes 35 units. We anticipate completing Phase 2 of the project by the end of 2024 which includes the remaining 16 units.

The Result

The project provides attractive, livable units with a mix of market-rate and workforce housing that meet income restriction guidelines.
