Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee oversees our marketing efforts and provides guidance and recommendations to help our message reach more people.
- Developing goals for communication
- Reviewing material to go on the website
- Writing, review of press releases
- Helping to communicate with key organizations that could benefit from our efforts.

Bill Swadley – Retired from Altabank as V.P./CRA and Business Development
Bill Swadley passionately believes in giving back to the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of Mtn. Country Home Solutions since 2013 as Board President, Resource Development Chair, Finance Committee Chair and a member of the Marketing Committee. He has a bachelor's degree from Eastern Oregon College and a career in banking of which he is now retired. He is most proud of his family which includes his wife, Brenda, two children and their spouses and five wonderful grandchildren that keep him young. He and Brenda love to travel, having visited Myanmar, South Korea, Bangkok, Thailand, Denmark and Sweden just to name a few. He loves working with NMCHS as they strive to build attainable housing and provide financial counseling for families here in Utah.Amy Dunkley – Central Bank

Native of St. George, Utah loves serving on NWMCH Board because of impacts to rural Southern and Central Utah.

Greg Brown – Bank of Utah
I’m a commercial banker with Bank of Utah. I live in Provo. My wife Diane and I have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. I’m a graduate of BYU with a BS in Financial Planning. My interests include; church service; youth mentorship; hiking; mountain biking; and fishing. I’m also an overly enthusiastic BYU sports fan. I have a deep desire to serve our community with affordable housing and financial security for our neighbors.
Resource Development Committee
This committee provides support by identifying and cultivating varied resources that will benefit the mission and goals of the organization.

Housing Development Committee
This committee provides valuable input and assistance in the projects that we develop. They support and help with the production and preparation of projects.
- Identifying opportunities
- Review plans and respond to proposals made by NWMCHS
- Inviting financial organizations to participate in tax incentives that provide a benefit to the organization and help create housing attainability
