The Challenge

There is a need for additional senior housing rentals in Orem. Utah.

We are currently working on the financing component of this project in order to build a senior housing four-plex for rental purposes in Orem, Utah.

Each unit in the four-plex will have one bedroom and one bathroom and will serve an elderly couple or a single individual.

It will serve couples or individuals that are 80% or under area median income. We anticipate the four-plex will be completed and leased up by the end of 2023.
