Utah County Rental Portfolio
The Challenge
NeighborWorks MCHS currently owns 79 units of rental housing in Utah County. Central Park Station is located at 550 South 400 West, Provo, Utah. It contains 59 units made up of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units. Central Park Station is managed by Westates on our behalf and serves 153 residents of all income groups. We also own 15 scattered site units from American Fork to Payson in Utah County that serves 67 individuals that are at or below 80 % area median income.
